CREATING OUR NEW WORLD

Scientists say humans are evolving faster than ever before, picking up new genetic traits and talents that will be of benefit in the coming times. It is evident our world is changing, our earth is changing and our bodies are changing! We are feeling these tangible and intangible shifts on every level of our being (emotional, mental, physical and spiritual).
We are moving into the higher vibrational energy of the fifth dimension. This transformative time is creating new and challenging experiences, for these changes did not come to us with a 'How To Operate' manual.
The need for empowered humans to adjust is apparent. We are being required to learn new ways of operating in this unfamiliar terrain in order to be grounded, balanced, stabilized and focused. On the other hand I'm delighted to say, is this shift brings an incredible opening to move beyond that which has limited us and activate our greater potential and manifestation abilities.

FREEING YOUR SPIRIT
(A class for Women)
A unique and cutting edge class to unwind, cultivate a deeper connection and open to new levels of your being. Class provides insights and tools to navigate through these times of great change, empower you and your relationships, enhance your clarity and focus, and better understand your energy body and the energy shifts taking place on our planet.
The dance/movement portion is liberating, insightful, and transformative. We move freely to our own rhythm and pace. Throughout this process I energetically assist each person in the freeing of their energy, creating balance, and aligning with their fifth dimensional blueprint. This experience is fun, profound and a catalyst to reach new heights in an enjoyable and accelerated fashion.

REIKI I - Usui Method (Certification Course)
Reiki Healing (pronounced Ray-Key) is a wonderful and natural healing method that is beneficial for the health of women, men, children, pets and even garden flowers and plants. The techniques are surprisingly simple to learn and easy in their application.
Reiki is an effective healing modality that creates a state of homeostasis so healing can occur. It enhances and accelerates the body's natural abilities to heal on all the various levels of our makeup: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki is a method of connecting the 'universal life force energy' with the body's own intrinsic power of healing.
The Reiki hands-on techniques are gentle and aid in stress reduction, tension and pain relief, relaxation, restoring energy, boosting the immune system and enhancing mental clarity. The Reiki art of healing has been incorporated into many hospitals and universities and is taught worldwide.
During this one day class you will learn the history, philosophy and ideals of Reiki as well as the hand positions for self and others and various intuitive approaches. The techniques learned can be used immediately in your daily life.

Learn the art of long distance healing, techniques for mental and emotional balance, tools for clearing unproductive energy and the meaning and uses of the various Level II symbols and how they can empower your healing work. The Accelerated Healing approach and teachings assist you in the expansion of your creative and intuitive abilities. The Level II attunement will be given.
